Send the job
Send us the brief, the deadline and any useful background. It can be a fully written spec or simply an explanation of what needs fixing.

We scope it
We look at what’s involved, ask anything we need to clarify and agree the work before we start. No surprises halfway through.

We do the work
We get on with the job, keep communication practical and let you know if anything important changes or needs a decision.

You hand it over
We return the finished bob to you, for your checks & client handover. As far as the client is concerned, your agency delivered it.

Enough information to get started
You don’t need to produce a perfect technical brief. In most cases, the useful bits are simply:
- What needs doing or what’s gone wrong
- The website or system involved
- Any deadline we need to work to
- Relevant access when the job requires it
- Anything the client has specifically asked for
Not sure what the actual problem is?
That’s fine too. Tell us what you can see, what you expected to happen and anything that changed recently. Troubleshooting the cause can be part of the job.

Everything comes through your agency and everything goes back through your agency. Simple and completely behind the scenes.

If it makes the job easier, we can speak directly with your client or another supplier, but only when you want us to.
Keep it lightweight
No status meetings for the sake of them. We keep you informed when there’s something useful to say or a decision is needed.

How quickly can you start?
It depends on the size and urgency of the job and our current workload. Send it over and we’ll tell you what’s realistic rather than promise a deadline we can’t keep.
Do you quote before starting?
For defined jobs, we’ll agree the scope and cost before work begins. Where the issue first needs investigation, we’ll make that clear at the outset.
What if the job changes once you start?
If we uncover something that materially changes the scope, we stop and tell you. You stay in control of whether the extra work goes ahead.
Can you work to our own process?
Yes, within reason. If you already use a project system, staging workflow or particular handover process, we can usually fit around it.
Can we start with one small job?
Absolutely. In fact, that’s probably the easiest way to see whether Agency Hands is a good fit for your agency.
